"Very nice size accommodation with three terraces to sit on. We used the one at the back mostly because of the amazing views! There were a lot of steps to access the property and even more down to the small private beach - well worth the effort but if you have limited mobility - like my husband - a difficult access. I could not use the internet at all - the mobile modem was out of data and needed renewing and the other modem I could not find an appropriate password for it. The shower was very good and the kitchen had more than adequate equipment to cook if you wanted to. Communication with Rita was somewhat limited - although she was very happy to help I felt she struggled to understand me. Certainly an amazing lady and very kind. Overall the property was good - could do with updating a bit but nothing to deter from the idyllic situation - and yes - you do need a car if you are not young and fit to walk to the main road to access the bus to town and the supermarkets."

"It was our second stay at Skiathos Princess. Our first stay a few years ago was fantastic, but this one didn’t match the same expectations unfortunately. While the hotel has an amazing potential and a great beach and garden, it starts to feel a bit outdated. Nothing that can’t be fixed of course. The design, especially the bathrooms, are quite outdated. The food at the restaurant was very good, but again, not excellent as the previous time. The same goes for the service. But overall we had a great stay and I’d still recommend the hotel. It would be great if they would consider an overall renovation and update of the property. We’ll definitely come back."

"The property is fantastic. Very well kept. The food was very good and the choices for dining were great. What I also liked was there was always an umbrella and chairs available. There was also a water taxi on property to take you to town. KBR has a very good reputation on the island and restaurants and other businesses go out of their way to please it’s guests! However, what makes this property five star is its staff. I can’t say enough about them. The manager very active in the resort. He was everywhere making sure guests were happy. The front staff (Arianthi and Christo) made sure we had everything and booked our excursions. Thank you to all!"

"Just had a fantastic 2 weeks stopping at Megali Ammos House. Well equiped room with good quality furniture, king size bed, balcony and nice bathroom. All kept clean every day by the non stopping cleaning team. Just a 10 min transfer from the airport and the same time to walk into Skiathos town with all its shops and restaurants etc. Had breakfast included which was lovely and always set us up for the day. The hotel is on a lovely section of shallow sandy beach with crystal clear sea.....just perfect! Tried the restaurant a couple of times in the evening for stunning food which is not on the usual Greek menus."
