"Warning: do not stay in room 310. Additionally, I would strongly advise you do not deal with or rent with Rocky Mountain Management. I have never written a review before but this place was by far the worst. 1. We were emailed check in instructions with codes for entrance gate and lodge entrance. That morning they changed the codes without letting us know so we could not get in the gate or the lodge. After freezing outside we finally got a return call with proper codes. Understand there is NO...

"..this place was filthy. Floors not swept, linen NOT changed ( full of hairs ), shower floors disgusting; we had to call housekeeping on new years eve to take care of it.
COVID-19 started in CO in this ski resorts and Rocky Mountain Resort Management ( renter) seems not to care about that fact providing lodging this mediocre.

"Stained and stinky sofa bed. Unclear communication on check in/out process. Check in office was unstaffed at the time of check in. I don't think we'll stay at other Vacasa properties again. "

"The location is perfect and that is what you're paying for. The space is run down and poorly designed. The master bed was comfy and slept great. The pull outs were in rough shape. "

"It’s the bare minimum I would accept for this price point. It’s a decent place, needs lots of work. Not even talking about updates. The single parking spot is disappointing for a 4 bdrm condo. It’s also not super easy access. Check in process was easy enough off site. Location is the gem for this one if you can take the subpar beds and kitchen. The tvs are decent, the use of furniture not bad. Just set expectations lower on this rental. "

Mountain Log Home-Among Lodgepole Pines
10/10 Excellent
"The location could not have been better. Snuggled in pines with a view of mountains, a nice deck, and a lovely path to a picnic table and swing behind the cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the place for anyone who does not have trouble with stairs. It would be helpful for the listing to note that the two main bedrooms are downstairs, which posed a problem for my 91 year old father who was with me, leading to us leaving early. That had not been clear from the listing. Also, all information is online with no book of information at the house. That can pose a problem if one does not have good connectivity. The hosts were friendly and very responsive with all communications."
"We absolutely love the Delaware Hotel. This was our second stay and again, the highlight of our road trip. The staff is great, the quirky historic building is a delight for antique and history lovers and the location is fantastic. The hotel’s restoration is beautiful and the touches in each room make it a much more special stay than you can find at a typical hotel. There is no AC, but we were comfortable with a fan in the window. The bar and restaurant are top notch and deserve their own 5-star review. We will be back each time we pass through the area. "
"This cabin is perfectly situated in a wooded area that is conveniently located for access to Leadville (groceries, restaurants, shops, gas stations) and to many recreational & hiking areas – Turquoise Lake, Twin Lakes, Maroon Bells and Aspen, Snowmass. The distance to other areas such as Frisco, Breckenridge, and Lake Dillon is also reasonable. The cabin itself was spotless, all set with the amenities expected, and has a nice open area with kitchen, dining table, and TV room. The TV has plenty of streaming apps to choose from. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Check-in went smoothly, and communication and response time with the renters was excellent. We would recommend this location to others."
Star of the West - 5 MINUTES to Ski Cooper! Modern cabin on Lake!
10/10 Excellent
"The cabin was a great getaway! Everything was so quiet and secluded, just as advertised. The weather was amazing, with cool nights and beautiful days. We really enjoyed our stay!"
"The cabin was comfortable and close to town. I think the management should allow for a later check out time. 10:00 am is too early. You can't check in until 4:00 pm so a 10:00 am departure seems unreasonable. Yes, you can request a later check out but of course you are charged. I would rent the cabin again if I were attending the festival in Leadville. "
You can find out about the history of Leadville with a trip to Leadville Colorado & Southern Railroad. Discover the area's mountain views and seek out the hiking trails.
