"A lot of things didn’t work. The toilet bowl was out of water & clearly plugged when we arrived. I called the front desk. He seemed annoyed. Yeah me too. He said he was busy but would come in a while. Waited six hours & finally unplugged it myself. Toilet exhaust fan was broken. Other than that everything was perfect."

"Cute little place close to Cooper Mountain where we skied. Leadville is a charming town also. Plenty big enough for my daughter and me. There are a couple minor things I'd change/improve - the door doesn't seal properly, I couldn't get the hot water to work in the shower, and there was a humming/vibration that kept me up when I woke up during the night (I'm a light sleeper). We really enjoyed the tiny house and would come back again. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this house in Leadville! The location is perfect -- so close to town and within easy walking distance to everything. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable and well set up. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We truly appreciated the responsiveness and attention to detail. Highly recommend, and we would gladly stay here again!"

"We had difficulty accessing information about the house after we arrived. This was partially due to the person making the reservation not being there but we also found the access to the required online info very difficult. A hardcopy book of info would have been much appreciated.The house seem less appointed than last year- only a small sponge to do dishes, no extra blankets. Once connected, Chris was responsive about an issue with the fireplace. The house itself is great and well accommodates a group of friends."

"The room was great, really loved the old furniture and art. The coffee stand was operational, so was able to get espresso in the lobby (but free coffee was also available right outside our door). And, with the restaurant right downstairs, we rarely needed to leave the building. We were there for a ski day at Cooper, so very convenient for that."

"Great spot for our group. We were able to walk around Leadville without worrying about driving anywhere. The house worked well for our size too with a separate bedroom for each couple and the kids had their own privacy as well in the upstairs rooms. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after the long day and good times were had. "
