We had 2 rooms and both were immaculately clean and bedding lovely and soft. Room was perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was gorgeous, lots to eat and seconds if needed.
Our stay was short and sweet our room was spotless and was very reasonable priced... the only thing i could moan about is the bathrrom layout as that the toilet is nexr to the bath and shower and the loo roll holder is on the bath side so the toilet roll got soaked after a shower...
Stayed one night ,problems with check in when arrived due to staff not updating booking when received payment from hotels.com felt embarrassed .hotel decor poor ,room clean and outdated .mattress poor , welcome pack needs improving .tv instructions needed in welcome pack breakfast poor .not enough parking spaces for hotel guests
The staff and breakfast were great but the hotel needs a complete refurbishment. No extract fan in the bathroom. No toiletries other than cheap soap. Room door has been forced at some point. Back door broken. Side door locked. Bar closed. Understand the place is up for sale. Very overpriced and wrongly described on the website.
Whilst decor dated and facilities limited, customer service was excellent. Breakfast was like ‘mum makes’. Staff very friendly and attentive, rooms are spacey, clean but dated. Excellent position, just needs money spending on it.

One night stay. Comfortable beds and rooms and other areas were clean. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection to choose from. Hotel could do with an update but given the recent pandemic i guess funds are tight however was nothing that would put me off from staying again.

Not up to par
The staff at the hotel were fine. The shower was awful, literally a spitting ant. Pressure on the bath taps was immense, did not transfer to the showers. I was staying with a colleague who had the same experience in another room. The bed was very uncomfortable but that is subjective, I stay in Premier Inns a lot and there was no comparison. WiFi was not available even though it says so on the website, we had work we were planning to do in the evening, but could not because of this. Missed breakfast as took so long to have a shower under a drip.
The property does not exist we never went there because the phone is off the Huck and the website doesn't exist. I've been charged I want my money back and compensation immediately or else I'll be writing an extremely bad review on Trivago about yourselves, you have been warned, you'd better get back to me!!!!
