Loved the location and the service of the staff. Unfortunately, I came at the seeing time of the year and it was too cold for me. The staff were most accommodating in trying to make it warmer for me.

A GREAT place for vacations in Skardu and Around

Surprisingly it was GREAT !!! Very friendly people thru out. A good personality OWNER. Watches things himself to make sure customers are well taken care of. Property is clean. Good garden to enjoy a scenic view in the sun. May be a little far from the city center, but an excellent place for vacations in Skardu and around. Food is unbelievable. All things tasted like any 3-4 star hotels in big cities. Service is top notch too. All thumbs up !!

Rewuires Massive Improvements in Service

The service in general needs drastic improvement. There is lack of staff to handle peak season rush and the available staff lacks commitment. The hotel wifi and TV services are not dependable at all and remained unavailable on 5 out if 6 days of our stay.. The breakfast is very average and its timings are totally unrealistic i.e. 8 to 10 am, as neither early travellers nor those waking up late can avail it, moreover they simply refuse to serve early or late breakfast even on payment which is absolutely ridiculous.
