"Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. "

"So my stats at Bonneville are always memorable. If I have a choice, this is generally my first pick. The hot tubs on the balconies of the suite have mineral water pumped into them, and I can’t get enough of it. The staff this time though was unbelievably helpful. I did not make my check in time, yet, when I was able to arrive they wasted no time getting me into my room so I could relax, from day staff, to night staff (especially so), to the wait staff, bartender, and even the cafe staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Thank you everyone for my stay."
