Dinner was over priced and low quality and our hot tub shut off in the middle of the night so it was cold but breakfast was great as was the service in the morning and they let us stay an extra hour so we got to use the hot tub before we left

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls.
