"Amazing views, brilliant hotel"

"My wife and I visited Emerald Villas & Suites in late September. We felt like we were on a postcard in the Ionian Islands. Perched on the cliffs, these stone-built luxury villas and suites are nothing short of serenity, indulgence, and soul-stirring beauty! Our first Impression is like the warmth that wraps around you like a sunset, which you will immensely enjoy! It has beautiful panoramic sea views with exquisite traditional Greek stone architecture with cozy/contemporary elegance. The Villas are blissfully secluded, yet steps from adventure! The area feels authentically Greek with sleepy tavernas serving fresh grilled octopus and meze, winding paths with amazing views, and virtually zero crowds. At check-in, we were greeted by Irene, our host. She walked us through the villa, sharing insider tips on hidden coves and sunset spots, and places to eat that offer delivery to our front door. It was the kind of welcome that wasn't service, but heartfelt hospitality. She made us feel like family...she was phenomenal! Emerald Villas & Suites didn't just host us, we left there with sun-kissed skin, hearts full, and a piece of Zakynthos etched into our souls. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. "Lovely hotel with an amazing team of staff. Loved the facilities and amenities, the dining options are very nice, and the staff are beyond helpful. Also loved how the hotel is friendly to neighbourhood animals, had an amazing time there"

"The honeymoon suite was very private, spacious and comfortable with a great view over Tsilivi out to sea with Kefalonia island in the distance. The sunsets were beautiful. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The private infinity pool was amazing and still warm in mid-September! The room was very clean and well appointed with a large comfy bed. We really loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!"

"A delightful stay. We loved all the choices for sun loungers, from around the pool, to seating overlooking the beach and on the beach itself. The breakfast was one of the best and from 7.30 to 11.00, and with unlimited barista coffees both hot and iced, was a great start to the day. The pool was never crowded, and a top infinity pool. The beach is also special, uncrowded and with a sandy bottom you don't need rock shoes. Thanks to the amazing team who work hard to make this a very special place."

"Beautiful property. Away from the town, yet only 5 minutes away, which made it perfect. It was very clean and the room comfortable. The beds not so soft but it could be dealt with. Not all the staff was very friendly but those that were made up for everyone else. The spa was small but really good. Venia and Eli were great and so attentive to our needs. They do not offer hair services but when I told Vania I had a wedding to attend, she went above and beyond to make sure to do my hair. Overall I would give a 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the staff that made our stay so great!!!"

"Beautiful location. Nothing nearby as far as restaurants go so a car is ideal. They have a shuttle few times a day that you pay one way for. There is a small pebble beach which is really gorgeous for a swim and snorkel right by the parking lot. Breakfast is nice, lots of choices. Coffee machine worked by the third day but was quite slow for the amount of people wanting coffee. So that was a little backed up every time. They had a few kettles with black coffee but only one espresso coffee machine for coffee with milk. Lots of egg options, yogurt with lots of topping options, different breads, loafs, croissants, pastries, fruit, cold and hot meats, juice, milk, coffee and tea.. it was busy however staff was amazing ! Cleaning up for you and constantly adding more food. Very well done! It was quite hot while we were there but the AC worked well. Room was well cleaned. Beds were comfy and the views are amazing from our rooms but since it’s on a hillside many rooms probably had a great view. Family rooms meant connecting doors which was great! Fridges were not working very well and had lots of ice in them which meant the door didn’t close well anymore. But maybe that was an oversight. They have laundry service. I could fill a large laundry sack I got from the front dezk, paid $20 and they washed it for me, put it back in my room folded nicely the same day !!! Amazing vacation Luxery when traveling light,to have this option! All in all a lovely stay, kind staff, great place"
