However, we had to make repeated trips to the office, which was locked and only accessible with a door buzzer and intercom, for items that should have been in the room (toilet paper, coffee condiments, paper cups for coffee). The woman at the front desk was helpful each time we buzzed for her. "

"Overall, we had a really nice first glamping experience! The host was very communicative, responsive, and kind throughout our stay. The grounds and the inside of the dome were clean and well kept, which we really appreciated.The location is right off the road, so it wasn’t quite as secluded as we expected. Also, the dome appears a bit more worn than the photos suggest. ie: there was some film and moss buildup that made it difficult to see out clearly.A few small amenities listed didn’t seem to be available (like hand sanitizer and Kindel), and we did have some trouble with the hot tub not maintaining its heat.On our last day, we did notice some small black bugs inside the dome that were crawling on us. We didn’t keep food inside, so we’re not sure what attracted them, but it may have just been a seasonal/outdoor factor. Additionally, the BBQ didn’t seem to be working, although we didn’t reach out to the host for assistance, so that may have been easily resolved.Overall, it was still a positive experience and a great introduction to glamping."
