The property is within walking distance to the Space Needle/ City Center. There is a rooftop deck for extra views. VIP Expedia guests get a free single serving bottle of sparking wine. It's a bit difficult to unload your vehicle but there was secure underground parking. The bathroom was nice with a walk-in shower and magnifying mirror, but the room I had had a musty odor.
