The little house at the foot of the Monts d'Arrée, in the heart of Finistère

You will fall in love with this little house, built in the 1930s, then completely renovated in 2010.
The owner will be keen to share with you the tourist riches of her region and encountered at your disposal this house with two beautiful bright bedrooms, have quality bedding, a large fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room well separated and warm.
The decoration is neat and personal, and, outside, the large terrace and the small garden invite you to rest and relax!

Other assets: private parking in the old farmyard secured by a portal, internet access, books, board games, complete baby equipment (high chair, bath, cot, sun lounger, security barrier for stairs, games adapted ..).

Ideally located 2 steps from the town and its church classified as a historic monument, within the Regional Natural Park of Armorica and the Circuit of the parish enclosures, 400m from the Elorn river and the River museum, 'La petite maison' est the ideal starting point to explore Finistère d'Argoat in Armor .....

Comme dans un cocon

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la petite maison d'Annie.Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis très à l'aise dans ce gîte très confortable et cosy.Le gîte est proche des commerces et restaurants de Sizun. Il est très bien localisé pour partir à la découverte du Finistère, côtés mer et terre.

Très belle location décorée avec goût. Un vrai petit cocon pour se poser après de belles ballades (enclos paroissiaux, monts d'Arrée, bord de mer, il y en a pour tous les goûts). Environnement très calme. Extérieur bien agencé et agréable. Equipements au top. Tout est pensé et prévu pour que nous passions un bon séjour. Charmante petite maison à 45 kms de Crozon

Merci encore à la personne qui nous a accueillis en l’absence de la propriétaire. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré une météo automnale pendant ces 15 jours (randonnées pédestres et découverte du pays de Cornouaille en voiture). La pluie et le fort vent nous auront privés de la plage malheureusement. Petits bémols : les portes sont assez basses (1,80 m) et la cour intérieure est partagée avec une maison en vis à vis.

Nous avons passés ici deux semaines excellentes. La maison est bien agencée, bien équipée et bien décorée, on s’y sent à l’aise. La localisation est par ailleurs excellente nous avons pu visiter beaucoup d’endroits au départ de Sizun. Merci à Madame et Monsieur ELBAZ pour leur accueil.

Deux merveilleuses semaines de vacances en Bretagne

Chère Annie, Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de deux semaines à Sizun, dans votre charmante maison de vacances. L'espace était bien suffisant pour notre famille qui compte cinq personnes dont un bébé. Tout le monde s'est directement senti à l'aise et confortablement installé. Les enfants ont profité des jeux et livres sur place, bébé a joué sur la terrasse. Merci pour tout et à une prochaine fois avec grand plaisir!

Maison avec une âme

Petite maison cocooning bien située

Superbe maison authentique très bien décorée, avec une âme cocooning où'il fait bon vivre. Tout invite à la détente, l' intérieur comme l'extérieur. La propriétaire, fort sympathique, réside de l'autre côté de la maison mais sans vis-à-vis et sans être intrusive. Juste bienveillante et disponible pour conseiller les vacanciers. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré la météo pas très clémente ce début août 2021. La maison est bien située, bien centrée pour visiter Roscoff, presqu'île de Crozon, les Monts d'Arrée, la forêt d'Huelgoat... Pas de quoi s'ennuyer, je recommande cette petite maison.

Bien située et aménagée pour des vacances réussies

C'est comme à la maison: tout y est: la cuisine très très bien équipée, le salon cosy et la terrasse avec barbecue. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand abri pour ranger nos vélos. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût.

Une maison avec terrasse et jardinet très agréable

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans la petite maison, un petit coin douillet, décoré avec soin, où rien ne manque, pour les petits et les grands. L'emplacement est idéal: à 500m du bourg avec petits commerces sympathiques et pour une diversité de paysages à portée de voiture. A noter, une très bonne connexion internet (testé en télétravail avec visio conférences). Nous serions bien restées plus longtemps!

Woning voldoet aan het gestelde maar was erg stoffig. Door inrichting met veel boeken en andere spulletjes erg moeilijk stofvrij te houden. Bank ronduit van slechte kwaliteit, niet comfortabel. Prima uitvalbasis voor prachtige omgeving.

La Petite Maison

Wunderschön eingerichtetes kleines Haus. Sehr nette Vermieter, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und kann die Zeit dort sehr genießen. Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft. Für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Bretagne kennenzulernen. Vielen Dank an Annie
