Quelques petits désagréments : canapé lit défectueux, mauvais code pour la boîte à clé et canalisation bouchée dans la douche à l'étage. Pas de couteaux de cuisine, mis à part ceux allant avec les fourchettes. Les 2 premiers "soucis" ont été réglés dès le lendemain grâce à la réactivité du propriétaire et de la personne en charge du ménage. Maison très pratique et agréable. Proche de toutes commodités et lieux touristiques. Joli extérieur. Le jacuzzi, le barbecue et la présence d'un joli chat sont un plus.

Service minimum

Maison de belle surface avec 2 espaces extérieurs agréables, 2 salles de bain neuves, 3 chambres et de nombreux lits mais un nombre utilisable restreint par le propriétaire pour limiter les draps. Jacuzzi inutilisable tellement l'eau était trouble. Facturation de 8h de ménage qui manifestement ne suffisent pas pour enlever les toiles d'araignée ni laver les coussins extérieurs... Rapport qualité-prix insuffisant

Très bonne location

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison, le barbecue et le jacuzzi sont vraiment un plus, et en cas de question les propriétaires sont disponibles pour y répondre. La maison est également très calme, ce qui permet de se sentir chez soi, et si l’on veut profiter du soleil la plage n’est pas loin. Néanmoins pour rayonner dans la région mieux vaut avoir une voiture car les bus ne sont pas toujours au rdv. En tout cas je recommande !

Ravis du séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La villa est agréable et conforme aux descriptions. J ai particulièrement apprécié le coin repos hamac sous le chêne … D autres se sont fait plaisir dans le jaccuzzi .

Very clean, complete and private but pictures of ad don't match with description of # of rooms.

Although the furniture was a little old, the house was very clean and we had a lot of privacy. It's a good value for money deal and is even nicer in the summer because than you can use the hammock and jacuzzi. It's also on a good location and there was a lot to use (towels, kitchen equipment, linnen etc). Although I have one point of feedback: the ad on HomeAway also shows an extra floor with balcony while this was closed and wasn't part of the house. No problem, we had enough space but it's a little disappointing since the ad did show the pictures. In the ad text / description it indeed described only the ground floor so the ad text was correct. To get a real good indication the picutures of the extra floor shouldn't be shown when you see the ad.

Séjour agréable et pratique

Pascal nous a permis d’arriver tard le soir du 31 grâce à sa procédure d’arrivée très pratique. L’essentiel avec des enfants est mis à disposition pour faciliter le séjour d’une famille ce qui est très appréciable. Literie propre ce qui est très important.

This HomeAway is a STAY AWAY

The rental of this listing began with unauthorized charges. Thanks to HomeAway customer service, they were able to put a stop to this. Where to start......The rental lacked basic necessities such as proper towels, curtains on windows in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The double bed was terribly uncomfortable, the shower was mouldy with pealing paint. The hot tub was also dirty. We booked for 3 days, but left after 1 night and assumed the loss. Definitely not up to VRBO standards.

Joli logement , agréable , très bon équipement cuisine. Il faut cependant une voiture pour aller à la mer si on a des enfants , malgré le km qui sépare le logement de la plage, car bon dénivelé !

Toller Familienurlaub in schöner Wohnung

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern da. Tolle, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Besonders die überdachte Terasse hat uns gut gefallen. Gasgrill ebenfalls gut. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hatte tolle Ausflugstipps.

Très belle location

Location à la hauteur de nos attentes : propre, bien agencé et aménagée avec goût, au calme avec un bel espace extérieur où l'on peut laisser jouer les enfants en toute sécurité. Propriétaire de très bon conseil, sympathique et discret.

Schöner, entspannter Urlaub

Die Wohnung bietet fast alles was man braucht. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Große Terrasse mit Stellplatz fürs Auto. Das Auto ist dort auf jeden Fall wichtig. Damit kann man alles sehr gut erreichen, da die Wohnung direkt neben einer Hauptstraße ist. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß nicht sehr schön. Vor allem nicht mit Kinderwagen. Was sehr positiv war ist, dass es vieles für Kinder zu bieten hat. Kinderwagen, Reisebett, Hochstuhl und sogar Spielzeug. Der Vermieter ist tatsächlich nie zu sehen. Aber dafür ist er sehr nett. Er hat uns zu Beginn viele Wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung mitgegeben. Leider spricht er kein deutsch und es gibt auch kein deutsches Fernsehen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöner Aufenthalt mit guter Lage!

Wir waren für 2 Wochen mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern in der Wohnung und es gefiel uns sehr gut. Für diese Anzahl an Erwachsenen ist die Größe gerade noch ausreichend, vor allem weil man sich die meiste Zeit eh draußen aufhält. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und durch die gute Lage war auch alles was man alltäglich braucht leicht und schnell zu erreichen.

Très agréable séjour

Pour notre deuxième location, nous sommes toujours très satisfait. Bon accueil, joli appartement, extérieurs très agréables, excellente situation en ce qui nous concerne (amis à proximité notamment). Un seul petit bémol, déjà évoquéé l'année dernière: le barbecue (certes un Weber) est hors d'âge et presque hors d'usage. De plus, compte-tenu du mistral fréquent, il serait judicieux de le remplacer par un bbq/plancha électrique. D'autant qu'il y a une prise électrique sur la terrasse. Cette année le mistral a bien soufflé, et du coup impossible d'utiliser le bbq (qu'on apprécie même s'il est vieux). Sinon c'est vraiment une location très agréable.

Bonne location et propriétaire attentionné

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bas Villa. Le propriétaire nous a donné toutes les informations et nous a appelé en fin de semaine pour voir si tout allait bien. La dame qui fait les entrées et le ménage est aussi très gentille. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Pour donner la cinquième étoile et que tout soit parfait, nous dirions que dans cette région la Clim serait pas mal.

Toller Urlaub

Als fünfköpfige Familie mit kleinem Kind verbrachten wir eine Woche schönsten Sommerurlaubs. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche übrig, es ist alles wie beschrieben. Toll, dass es alles Nötige auch für Kleinkinder gibt (Hochstuhl, Kinderbesteck, Spielsachen ...). Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, es gibt eine riesige Terasse, Wlan und einen großen Hof vor der Terasse, der als eigener PKW-Stellplatz genutzt wird. Wir hatten das Erdgeschoss gemietet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Région magnifique, cadre naturel à couper le souffle, le Créateur s'est fait spécialement plaisir!

Super Ferienhaus mit Privatsphäre.

Alles wunderbar. Alte aber schöne und stailisch geachtete Haus voll ausgestattet mit allen was man braucht inklusive kinderreisebett Kinderfahrrad Sitz . Alles wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühl-Faktor

Wir haben eine sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht! Alles war sauber, gepflegt und sehr gemütlich. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr gut, besonders über das gute Wlan haben wir uns gefreut. Großer Bonus ist auf jeden Fall die Terrasse, auf der wir uns nach unseren Tour durch die Region entspannen konnten. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir hatten für unseren Osterurlaub die unteren Räume des Feriendomizils angemietet, d.h. Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer, ein Elternschlaf- und ein Kinderzimmer. Es ist alles wirklich gut ausgestattet, insbesondere findet man in der Küche wirklich alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Darum kann ich gar nicht anders als hier alle 5 Punkte vergeben.

Toller Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das kleine Städtchen mit dem Strand ist sehr schön. Wir haben alles mit den Fahrrädern gemacht, was durch die Fahrradwege selbst mit Kindern möglich ist. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!!

Super Familienunterkunft

Wir durften einen wirklich erholsamen Urlaub verleben. Das Appartement war sauber und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan. Trotzdem hatten wir das Gefühl ganz allein zu sein. Aber bei Problemen war der Vermieter zur Stelle und hat uns unterstützt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!

Perfekter Urlaub
