The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavourful, and prepared with heart. What truly makes Azad Hotel stand out, though, is the people. The team’s generosity of spirit, their sincerity, and the way they look after their guests is unlike anywhere else I’ve stayed in Egypt.
