- The apartment house can be found in Nikiti / Chalkidiki, a village on the Sithonia peninsula. The large apartment is on the 1st Floor, 82 sqm, 2 other smaller studios on the ground floor. The house is located on the beach just a few minutes' walk from the center and the lively beach promenade (800 m).
The apartment has a large furnished terrace, a large living room with fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for self-catering. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower.
