"Very nice and helpful, very sweet. Place is very beautiful and cozy. The public bathrooms were amazing and the onsen in our room was really nice. They have a shuttle, just make sure they can pick you up. "

"We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room, Non Smoking (14 sqm). The room is compact but well laid out, with a small bath tub in the bathroom and a humidifier where you add your own water. A range of pillows is available to suit different preferences.
Check in was smooth and efficient, and the hotel already had our Expedia reservations on hand. As with most Japanese hotels, copies of our passports were taken. Amenities such as coffee, toothbrushes, and combs are available at the lobby’s self-service corner. The hotel also has coin laundry machines and vending machines for drinks and beer.
The location is excellent. It sits directly opposite BIC Camera with an escalator that leads straight into the train station. There are plenty of food options around the hotel, making it convenient for meals at any time.
Luggage delivery via Ta-Q-Bin was easy. The hotel handled everything and we only needed one delivery slip for five bags, which made onward travel very convenient."
