"一個全自助入住的模式,原本因火車班次較早到而為了同意提早入住而十分感謝,閣樓樓梯較窄因只有一層也可接受,沒有任何廚房調料也行,房間如照片,2人很適合,只是臨門竟發生其他房客因旅館誤送我的密碼而讓他誤入我的房間,這是一個不可接受的情況,很想打低分,但是,因地理位置就在老城區,步行15分鐘內,內部清潔,所以願意給個好分數"

"The apartment was excellent! It’s beautifully and modernly furnished, located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood where you quickly feel at home. "This was the most disgusting place I’ve stayed ever. Do not recommend. The main door to the building would not close properly so was left unlocked. The whole apartment was dirty! There were two threadbare towels for bathing and no hand towels. The sheet on the bed looked like a mattress cover only. The kitchen was covered in grease. The cleaning staff showed up 10 minutes before check out asking us if they could clean the room! There was no air conditioning or fans. When you opened up windows to...

Hotel Schweizerhof Basel

10/10 Excellent

"Great place to stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again and would highly recommend."

GAIA Hotel Basel - the sustainable hotel

10/10 Excellent

"It’s one of the best 4-star options. Amazing breakfast and super friendly staff (Dhoka) and front desk! They allowed me to keep my room when I travelled for 1 day. Sauna/Spa is cozy and just perfect. Rooms are clean and well organized. Close to train station and 10 minutes walk (5 min train ride) to the old center."

Pullman Basel Europe

10/10 Excellent

"Stayed here many time and it’s a very good quality stay that the Pullman in Basel offers. Try and get a room away from the Main Street as it does get noisy with the trams. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side but it’s Switzerland so expected. Avoid the salmon at breakfast. Everywhere is clean and the staff have Swiss efficiency."

Essential by Dorint Basel City

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was nice and clean, check in was smooth and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The room I booked came with a free mini bar which was great. The area is quiet but very close to bus stop and trams to get around thw city. The breakfast has great options and was very tasty"

Best Western Hotel Dreilaenderbruecke

8/10 Good

"We love our room and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Front desk staff were very friendly. The only suggestion I have is to provide detailed instructions on arrival - e.g. hotel reception is on the 6 floor，there’s separate elevator for parking and the hotel. For international travellers make sure all communications are in English ☺️"
