"The room was clean and very pleasant, lots of windows for fresh air, limited opening so kiddos couldn’t fall out. Beds comfortable, everything clean. Extremely convenient to Milano Centrale Train Station, just a few minute easy walk! It is a 40min walk to Duomo and the fantastic shopping."

"Cons: You have to pay for something special for a birthday....this is the only hotel who ever done this and it was disappointing to not have at least something small complimentary. VERY far from the main city especially during traffic hours (and cabs are expensive) and the nearest bus stop is 20 mins walking away. NOTHING to do or walk to in the area. Breakfast was the exact same everyday. Pros: Friendly / helpful staff who spoke english well Clean rooms Food tasted good and 4 hot options for breakfast"

"This is a lovely hotel, really wonderful staff (especially Katie at the front desk). The location is excellent too. The only downside was the lack of amenities, the garden space isn't that well utilised and it doesn't offer many places to work from or relax that aren't in the room."

"Our room is large and bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is also large while the towels and linen are too notch. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the self serve espresso’s station. Hotel is only 5-6 minutes walking distance to ‘Milano Central"
