We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is excellent, just steps away from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we were especially impressed with the super-fast Wi-Fi. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Milan!

Excelent place to stay for a family of 4. During the summer, nice air-conditioning and rapid check-in. Super clean and spacious. Overalls great stay. The only issue is the internet. Since is a free web is very slow and sometimes there's none.

The biggest advantage of this apartment is the location—it’s very convenient to Milan Central Station, which made getting around and traveling in and out of Milan very easy. The apartment was also clean and well maintained. That said, I wouldn’t describe it as “luxury” as advertised. The amenities and level of service are more in line with a standard serviced apartment. There is a washing machine, but no dryer, which is worth knowing if you’re planning to do laundry during your stay. Housekeeping is available for an additional fee, and if you’re staying for more than a few days, be aware that basic supplies such as tissues are not replenished—you’re expected to purchase your own. Overall, it was a clean and very conveniently located place to stay, especially if being close to Milano Centrale is important, but I would set expectations accordingly regarding the “luxury” description and included services.

Very good place and a great location, only a few minutes to the train station by walk, front desk staff were very nice. AC works well. Has two elevators and sometimes you have to wait a little longer but overall it’s a place we would love to go back to.

1. The location is perfect! 2. 5 minute walk to Milano Centrale 3. The sidewalks has a slope for about 10 degrees in which not good for luggages as it will slide down to the road and you will have to compensate for it. Something to keep in mind. 4. It is a luxury apartment not a hotel so treat it as one. 5. Toiletries and other stuff are provided one time and won’t replenish. I believe you can ask for it though. 6. The Entrance is at the side of the hotel . Look for 2 brown doors with an elevator in the middle. Press “ok “Button 2 times to connect to the front desk and they will open the entrance for you to make use of the lift. 7. It is about 7-10 minutes from Duomo Mall Vittorio Emanuele by Car.

Stay at the Torre Galfa was pleasurable. Anna and the staff were very kind. Greeted and made us felt welcome during the stay. Apartment/hotel room was very clean upon arriving. View of the town was exceptional!! Maybe one of the best in the area. Walking distance to the Metro and train-station. The only thing i wasnt aware of was, needing to communicate through the whatsapp app upon arrival. I may have missed and email or something. Just a heads up. Definitely would recommend and look forward to staying again.
