Discover the charm of Sirmione at this tranquil apartment for 5, just 300 meters from the southern shores of Lake Garda. Enjoy culture stops in local heritage sites, spa days, and lazy afternoons on the beach.

This contemporary escape is quietly situated on the 2nd floor (No Lift) of a modern three-story building. The property benefits from a shared garden and a sunny balcony ideal for alfresco dining.

Inside, the light-filled living room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, a dining table and a Smart flatscreen HDTV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Matta Apartment is quietly situated in a residential neighbourhood of Sirmione 300 meters from the southern shores of Lake Garda. This popular resort extends onto a narrow peninsula into the lake and is renowned for its cultural heritage and natural beauty. Popular sites include: the 13th century Castello Scaligero (a 10-minute drive), the remains of Grotte di Catullo, a Roman Villa at the tip of the peninsula (a 15-minute drive) and the thermal springs Terme di Catullo (a 13-minute drive).

For beach days, guests can head to the clear waters of Jamaica Beach at the tip of the peninsula, Spiaggia Lido delle Bionde (both a 15-minute drive) or Spiaggia Lido di Lugana Sirmione (a 5-minute drive / 20-minute walk).

For self-catering Sirmione Farmers market takes place on Wednesday mornings in Piazza Virgilio (a 5-minute walk). This is the ideal place to pick up the very best local ingredients. There is also a restaurant and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk of the apartment.

Visitors of all ages can spend a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks, Gardaland and Movieland, both a 20-minute drive). There are also several boat hire centres and windsurfing schools close by.

The closest international airport is Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN), approximately a 35-minute drive.

Apartment Matta ist sehr schön alles neu und Gute Lage. Wir haben uns sehr gut eingelebt. Es müssen noch die Spiegel befestigt werden weil nur so hingestellt ist Riskant wenn Kinder dabei sind.Ansonsten alles Top.
