"Large rooms, clean but the bright colours amazing! And i know it’s Legoland but it truly exceeded any expectations i had. Lego everywhere, carpet, elevator doors just everywhere. I am nearly 60 & loved it so any little kids, what a dream come true"

"We arrived early (11am) and the staff helped us to hasten the check in. Instead of 3pm, they helped us to settle down with our weary children at around 1pm instead. They also provided us with Brolly when we were stuck due to a rain."

"1. Rooms are dirty and aged 2. Receptionist are not friendly and looks like they are not happy to work there. 3. Limited choices in the breakfast settings. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories 4. Power switches in the room falling apart. 5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star. Badly run down premise. 6. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs. Its ashame that this hotel has been left unattended. Should need a fully renovation. "
