"This is a great house on Smith Lake! This is our second stay and would consider renting again if it is available. Last time we stayed the water had a terrible smell but the owner informed me before we booked that the issue had been resolved. It was much better this time, there was no smell from the water. We did have a few issues that the owner was quick to respond to. There was also much more items available for use this time which is great to see! It is perfectly positioned in a relatively quiet spot on the lake making it nice and relaxing. We went during 4th of July and it was much busy than in past years but the water was still pretty calm. Overall a great place to stay. Perfect for large families or multiple families to stay together."

"We had a wonderful trip! The kayaks and floating water pad were very nice to have. I was very impressed with the extra measures that were taken to eliminate flies and mosquitoes so that we could enjoy the deck at night. We brought bug spray but never had to use it."
