"Very nicely designed space that was easy for three families to have their own floor. Only downside is very steep driveway but everything else was absolutely perfect. Amazing views and house."

"Really great house with plenty of space for large groups. Basement level is perfect for kids. The four queen/king rooms with private bathrooms is great for adults. The loft area does not have 2 double beds however, it just had one pull out couch. But the bunk room downstairs had an extra bed so it worked out fine."

"Clean and very spacious. Host was excellent, accepted every call. We could never get TV to work correctly, maybe look into how tv is set up. Needs to be where one can turn on select station and then select what they want to watch. View of lake is a Bay Area but beautiful. Kitchen was excellent. Everything anyone would need ! The stairs both up and down were a little treacherous, especially for old folks. The hand rail was a life saver. I would recommend maybe putting some handicap bars on the bathrooms. There were 11 adults ages 72-86 and bars to hold non to in tubs and showers would have made it safer. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to all our friends. Oh yes maybe you could have a list of things to do and see in the area along with local places to eat! Thank you! We all enjoyed!"

"We loved this home and immediately knew we would book again. It was better than advertised, the hosts were very responsive, and the amenities and lake access were perfect. We are already comparing schedules to go ahead and book again…and for a longer stay next time."

"Loved the openness of the floor plan. Kitchen is large and has everything you could need to cook all your meals. I’ve never seen so many pots, pans, dishes, bowls in a rental property before. That was definitely a bonus. Large kitchen table sat all 8 adults easily for all our meals. Loved the back deck and all the comfortable furniture. The view of the dock was perfect from the deck. Loved the covered area on the second level of the dock. Loved that this unit allowed for 2 dogs. We’ve never been to Smith Lake this late in the season before and we were quite shocked at how low the water was. What we thought was a short drop off from the bank to the water was quite cliffy in fact and proved a little scary for the dogs as there is not much grass area. My only recommendation would be to add mirrors to the bedrooms since there are only 2 bathrooms and it sleeps 10. And, maybe the addition of a fire pit. Added bonus…the marina delivered the pontoon and jet skis we rented to our dock!"
