The staff members were very friendly and you could tell they genuinely cared about the animals. "Room was clean, housekeeping was fantastic and came Tues, Thurs and Saturdays. Balcony is very large, beds comfortable, very quiet area. Kitchen was well appointed, with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full fridge and freezer, cooktop and combo microwave, convection oven. Bathroom was large, with a nice shower. The office was so pleasant to deal with. "
