Welcome to 'Bocazul'—an exquisite project featuring eight designer villas perched atop an oceanfront cliff within the renowned Blue Bay resort. Named for the vibrant ocean blues and its prime beachfront location, Bocazul offers guests a place of luxury living. Your villa has been meticulously designed to showcase of oceanfront luxury, with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, the lush golf course, and the pristine white sands.

With a focus on modern aesthetics and open-plan design, the villa spans two levels, offering shaded alcoves for relaxation beside the inviting pool with loungers. The breathtaking panorama of the Caribbean Ocean invites guests to linger on the terrace or take a refreshing dip in the infinity pool.

Inside the villa, the ground floor welcomes guests with a spacious living area seamlessly integrated with an open kitchen, a utility space with laundry facilities, and a dedicated workspace.

On the first floor, discover the master suite featuring a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The fourth luxurious bedroom is located in a separate apartment on the premises, also with stunning views of the pool and sea. All bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped for every comfort and convenience.

The villa is a 5-10 min walk from the Blue Bay's beautiful sandy beach, where you can enjoy crystal clear waters, sunbeds and shady palm trees. Whether you want to snorkel, dive, paddleboard or just relax, the Blue Bay Beach offers something for everyone. As a guest of Villa Bocazul, you have complimentary access to the beach including a beach chair. Other facilities of the resort, such as the 18 holes golf course, tennis courts, diving, may be used, and a corresponding fee will be charged.

Practical Information:
Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
