Angefangen mit einer sehr netten Kommunikation vor Beginn des Urlaubs mit dem Gastgeber und dann die persönliche Begrüßung am Anreisetag - u.a. mit schönen Blumen - und am Abreisetag die Verabschiedung. "Die Unterkunft war okay, könnte aber mal wieder eine Auffrischung benötigen. Es war auch leider nicht ganz sauber, wir gehen davon aus dass der Vermieter eine Firma beauftragt hat um das Haus zu reinigen, diese hat auf jeden Fall keine gute Arbeit geleistet. Der Fußboden war sandig und die Küche musste erstmal durch uns gereinigt werden. In allen Räumen hat es muffig gerochen und unter den Decken hingen die Spinnweben. "Wir hatten zu dritt mit unseren beiden Hunden eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Ferienhäuschen ist zwar schon etwas älter aber charmant und geräumig und hat einen wunderschönen kleinen Naturgarten. Gartenmöbel, Grill etc. sind auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist optimal und ruhig gelegen in einer wenig befahrenen Sackgasse die direkt zum nahen Strand führt. Die Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan und ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder."

"The amenities on the map are either completely missing (like the boat rentals) or not working (like the trampolines). Of the facilities that were working (like the small pool) yiu are blocked from accessing these from 7:30pm, so if you do something during the day you will likely miss out on using these (like we did). "Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Haus genießen dürfen. Der Check In klappte nach dem Anruf (30 Minuten vor geschätzter Ankunftszeit) einwandfrei. Die Anlage ist mit Pool und Spielplatz ausgestattet und auch zur Hauptsaison nicht überlaufen. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus. Küchenausstattng ist super (Fissler Töpfe etc). Das einzige negative ist, dass sich das Haus bei Sonneneinstrahlung erwärmt und es insbesondere im Dachgeschoss sinnvoll wäre Mückenschutzgitter zu installieren. "

"Es hat alles super geklappt und besonders toll fanden wir den gepflegten Garten zum Verweilen für uns und unsere Hunde. Das Haus bietet alles, was wir für einen Sommerurlaub an der See benötigen. Es ist einfach, aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben außergewöhnlich gut geschlafen. Besonders schön ist auch das kleine, aber feine Bad und einen Kaffeeautomat gibt es auch. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können es vor allem Urlaubern mit Hunden sehr empfehlen. "

"We spent 4 nights at Heavens Hotel whilst we visited friends in Hoorn, and the hotel was an absolute delight! The setting within an old church is so unique - the room was large and roomy, very clean, a lovely bathroom. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating, and were happy to come back if we had a late start leaving our room. Reception staff were also very friendly. Breakfast on offer was extensive and very tasty - the chef was very accommodating. Perhaps the only disappointing part of our stay was that the staff member in charge of breakfast each day tried to explain on several days how the breakfast worked - we were the only Australians in the hotel at the time, I believe, and speaking English, and the breakfast restaurant was not terribly busy at the time, so it was disappointing that she did not remember we had been to breakfast the day before, and then the day before that, and the day before. Also, we ordered English breakfast tea each morning, and each morning we were surprised that our order wasn't remembered. This was a minimal issue, and I feel a little critical in mentioning it, however we stayed in a number of hotels throughout Europe which were much busier, and most days our orders (and ourselves) were remembered by breakfast staff. The little personal touch of remembering that we had been there the day previously, and remembering what we ordered to drink, would have made a huge difference. Overall - a great stay, highly recommended!"
