Fantastic location and nice restaurant in the main building. Very friendly & helpful staff. Interior needs updating and broken furniture in the hall made a poor impression. Breakfast was simple but ok.

The Hotel Victoria is the best hotel for staying at Bergen aan Zee. The Breakfast is admirable and offers anything u would need for a short trip. The staff is very kind and welcoming and tries to make one‘s wishes come alive. For example, the flower present at 25€ was very large and beautiful. Only the missing spaces for putting your bags and other things in the bathroom can be criticised.

Es war alles top. Nettes Personal, tolle Lage, gute Matratze, Dusche, ausreichende Auswahl am Frühstück. Es war nur etwas schade dass Cappuccino, Espresso etc. wohl nur gegen Aufpreis zu bekommen waren. Schwarzer Kaffee und Tee war aber inklusive. Wir würden wieder kommen 🙂

Bijzonder fijn hotel! Erg prettig verblijf met gastvrij personeel. Gratis kamer upgrade, wat erg fijn was! Ontbijtbuffet met veel keuze en parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Ook het diner was erg goed! Aanrader voor een paar dagen aan de kust uitwaaien!

Het hotel ligt erg dicht bij zee. Het personeel is erg dienstverlenend ingesteld. Je voelt je echt een gast waarvoor ze heel veel willen doen.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Te warm en gehorig

Heel erg vriendelijke personeel! Helaas hadden wij een veel te warme kamer (door verwarmingsbuizen die in de kamer omhoog lopen naar de kamer erboven) en er was niks aan te doen. Daarnaast erg gehorig. We hebben hierdoor amper geslapen. Ontbijt was ok.

Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer) war groß, allerdings ist es durchaus gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn man das Badezimmer nur über einen kleinen Flur erreichen kann (obwohl eigentlich keine anderen Gäste dort hinkamen)! Das Badezimmer war auch von außen nicht abschließbar, sodass eigentlich jeder hineingelangen könnte. Das Bett war eine absolute Katastrophe!!! Es handelte sich um ein Schrankbett mit extrem durchgelegen Matratzen. Die Zimmertür ließ sich nur mit viel Aufwand verschließen, denn das Schloss hatte definitiv schon bessere Tage erlebt (der Schlüssel war bereits krumm wie eine Banane). Das Hotel hat Charme, allerdings müsste durchaus auch mal wieder modernisiert werden. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und nett!
