"Bathroom door was broken and unable to close properly. Door between hallway and room was broken and woukd be flimsy while opening and closing. Beds were hard and springy. Extremely uncomfortable. "Daily house keeping" consisted of towel replacements and a few water bottles daily. Had to tell staff on mulitple occasions to take away the garbage. Walls were very thin and can hear units next to us. "

Positives: air conditioning worked very well, the bathroom amenities were sufficient and the view from the room was nice Negatives: There was no staff available to help check-in. Guests are expected to call someone over the phone to check in, and the key cards for the room are left out on the reception desk to pick up yourself; How does the hotel know who is coming in and out of their rooms? The room had dirt on the walls and light...
