This is the best place we had stayed in Jeju. It has a nice grass area for the kids to run around with ocean view. The staff was extremely helpful and warm. I will definitely choose this property to stay in for my next visit to Jeju.

Nicest people on jeju island, very helpful. Hotel is nice with a very good view from the Room directly to the ocean. There are not many things to do around so you need probably a car to explore the island

This is a resort that is above and beyond on all levels, except for missing a swimming pool. But given that it's surrounded by breathtaking beaches, who can complain. From the moment I entered the parking lot, a staff member greeted me, and after checking in, helped me by carrying all my heavy luggage to the second floor unit. The room itself had a glorious view of the ocean and the front lawn with plenty of chairs and seats and umbrellas. The two-story cafe/restaurant offered a yummy and delicious spread for breakfast - western and Korean style (I almost always skip hotel breakfasts unless it's something special and this was special) - delicate little mini omlettes, Korean chive or kimchi pancakes, yogurt with fruit, etc... For one dinner I had the uni bibimbap which was delish. They offered to take me around wherever I wanted to visit, but I'm a set my own adventure kinda gal so I opted for my rental car instead, but maybe next time. It is close to several beaches - and only about 20-30 minute drive to Hamdeok Beach known for emerald waters. The shower in this bathroom is heavenly. The location is stunning for walks right on the coast, excursion into volcanic tide pools... but it's a peaceful vibe. I was in the mood to treat myself and this was definitely a treat!

I really like this place. First of all is the service. They greet us every time with a smile and genuinely want to help. And they keep the place very clean. I don’t really need to ask for anything. We had a problem with the airline booking and they helped us with the phone call too. Will definitely recommend this place.

Large clean rooms with amazing views over the sea. You’re right next to the sea, I don’t think there’s another hotel like it in the area. Staff are super helpful and attentive. There’s not a lot around the hotel so you’ll need a car

Nice place, nice veiw. A little let down by the bedding, it was stained and need to ask to be replaced, slipper was so cheap and thin you may as well not wear any. Abit far wouldn't advise to stay if you don't have a car. Breakfast, lots off choice, nice staff.

This was by far my favorite place to stay in Korea. What a cozy, clean, and adorable property! The location on the water is absolutely perfect. We were able to witness a gorgeous sunset AND the next morning's sunrise too! The path right behind our room was well-built and maintained, making it for a great place to jog or stroll into town. And MJ Resort front desk folks made it very easy to check in and check out, and the breakfast was fantastic! If you have breakfast at the property, do it on the second floor of the main building. The view is spectacular and the space upstairs is beautifully put together. My biggest regret is that we didn't stay here longer! If I ever come back to Jeju Island, I will for sure stay here. Worth every penny.

Beautiful rooms, shame about the building site

Very beautiful rooms that are well looked after. Right next to the sea, we watched the sunrise and sunset - at sunrise we were lucky and saw a big pod of dolphins which was amazing. The breakfast was very enjoyable, freshly pressed juice, great coffee, a good selection of cold and hot foods (the hot food was made in small quantities and made freshly, so it tasted very good). The negative is that there is currently a large building site just next door. I wish we had been told about this at the time of booking, we may still have stayed here but we would have been aware in advance of this. The building work was quite loud and started rather early (around 7am), and we could hear it from the ‘relaxing’ outdoor seating area, it was great when the banging finally stops early evening.
