Ideale per famiglie o per gruppi di amici fino a 6 persone, la casa vanta interni accoglienti arredati, zanzariere montate in ogni finestra per garantirvi un sonno sereno, e un rigoglioso ampio giardino privato perfetto per cenare all'aperto e far giocare i bambini, dove potrete rilassarvi sull'amaca all'ombra di due Olivi o rinfrescarvi sotto la favolosa doccia esterna riscaldata dopo una giornata in spiaggia.
La villa dispone di 2 camere da letto, un bagno e una cucina ben attrezzata, il tutto distribuito su 50 mq di spazi interni curati. Nel salotto è presente un condizionatore posizionato per raffrescare e riscaldare tutta la casa: le camere da letto godranno del fresco del climatizzatore senza avere l'aria diretta sul corpo.
