"The lady that was working the front desk when we arrived late was not very nice and questioned my sons service dogs when we arrived. They also assumed that the children were staying alone in the room. Every time I called to the front desk there was no answer for assistance. The fitness center was decent and the breakfast was ok."

"We booked this hotel through Expedia after being stranded at DEN due to a storm related flight cancellation. We made multiple attempts to contact the property to get the free shuttle. No one answered the phone and we wound up taking a taxi. On arrival we learned that the shuttle, which was supposed to run continuously, ran only every thirty minutes and would not be available to take us to the airport. Then the elevator wasn’t working appropriately and the stairs were blocked. The room was nice enough but I will not be staying there again "
