"Oceanfront room view was amazing. Sunrises on the balcony or beach were beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful and everything was always clean and organized. Cons: No airport shuttle and thrives to park on premises is high considering what you are already paying for the room plus daily amenities fee. Include a shuttle and/or free on sight parking to help account for those amenities fees."

"Updated decor. Cozy bed and nice size apartment for couple/single vacation. Beach is 5 minutes walk distance. Walkable to all dinning places. So convenient and affordable for a few days stay on a posh island. I would recommend to everyone traveling with a budget. "

"The property was clean but dated. The room was a great size we had a separate bedroom and sliders off both rooms which was a great feature until the cold front came in. Our luck coldest weather in years in Florida down to the 30’s. Now I know humans have no control over the weather this is handled on a much higher level and Florida doesn’t typically need heat so the suites do not have heat. It was 58 in our room or so the thermostat stated. When we went to the front desk we were told we could have an extra blanket, but since we had a pullout there should already be an extra blanket. I get it, unusual situation. Not something you are prepared for in Florida, but you have guest that it is your responsibility to ensure their comfort while they are staying with you, this is the job of the hospitality staff. It was time to think outside the box and do something for those paying to stay in your suites and offer some type of comfort. Really a blanket! That was as far as your problem solving skills got you! So unfortunately for us the birthday celebration was not warm and fuzzy but on ice. "

"The room was clean and well stocked. I booked for 2 rooms and there was only 1, leaving our 3rd guest to sleep on a very small couch. i was under the impression that I was paying for 2 rooms so was a little frustrating but fine. The arrival text said there was a hot tub. No hot tub was there. Finally when we left a wet suit was forgotten so we reached out to the property, they said they would locate it and reach out within the day. It’s the next day and suddenly the phone number is unavailable? The stay was nice and close to the beach but we wont be back "

"Beautiful condo with sunset views as described. Top notch Ritz service and amenities. Loved the pool and the gym. Owners were super responsive with any questions we had. Will stay here again!"

"Overall we were very disappointed. The room was very clean, however the description was a bit misleading. The dresser was so small in width and the drawers didn’t pull all the way out, so it was basically unusable. The bed was so high I struggled to get into it and it was uncomfortable. Sheets seemed like microfiber not cotton and a cheap blanket. Shower had no shelf to put shampoo or other products on. The towels provided were poor quality and seemed more like decorative towels. The patio area was disappointing as well because there were no cushions on the lounge chairs. We had higher expectations for a unit at the Ritz-Carlton. Honestly, and unfortunately, it was the worst VRBO experience we’ve ever had. "
