For the age of the property it was clean. The walls are thin so I could hear the neighbors tv all night. I love the quaintness of it and the island is cool if you want something more lowkey.

Loved my stay at Coral Sands! The beach is 5 minute walk away and you have 4 different restaurants to choose from within a 5 minute walk. I loved the room too it was good for me and my boyfriend we just needed a small affordable space for our vacation. Definitely will be coming back! The pool was great too

The management was great for communication and had everything we needed. The place was a little out dated and it was not sound proof at all. The pool was nice and great walking distance to restaurants and the beach. I would stay again!!

Even though the room i stayed in did not have a pot for the coffee maker, or a pan to use to cook in oven. They did provide other dishes that came in handy. They are in wakking distance to some good restaurant/bars. To drive to destinations that we wanted to see or things to do was not far from location. It was quiet and relaxing. Will stay again in the future.

Nice place, refurbished older hotel in a quite neighborhood. It is in good condition, but the walls are not sound proof. Good communication with the owners by text.

I loved the location to the beach and also the cleaning staff is tentative and friendly. But the amenities need some updating. The dryer did not work, the outdoor grill looked pretty rough and also appartment advertised as a full kitchen and there were not enough utensils to do much with as far as cooking was concerned and the fridge was not large enough to store much groceries. The pool area could also use a good cleaning. Other than that the location is very close to the beach and some night life and the area was very quiet

Misleading photos, room needs so much work.

I don’t normally write reviews but I must because the condition of the location is nothing like the gorgeous photos online. For reference I was staying to dive Blue Heron Bridge with my friend. The good: roof over our head, hot water, a bed to sleep in, walking distance to coffee shop, breakfast and dive location. The bad: 1. The remote for the A/C didn’t work so thank goodness the remote to the TV had the same kind of batteries so we could replace and have A/C. 2. Only two of the 5 total outlets worked so we had to constantly shift charging our cameras/phones/ etc. this included unplugging tv and not having coffee pot plugged in (which there’s not an outlet next to - you’d have to put it on the stove to use it) The wrought iron rod to the curtains above the bed only attached at one end and were hanging down on the other side over the other bed so we were constantly worried it would fall at night on us and did not open or close the curtains for fear we’d break it. When I asked about late checkout the night before our departure, the owner read my message but never responded. This ended up being a big inconvenience, and just rude. Overall, like I said - I don’t normally ever leave reviews because I’m just so grateful to have a place to stay but believe the bad reviews you read - this place is very misleading from the photos. Mattress pad on Beds were VERY squishy like thick foam - I was fine with it but my friend slept horribly because of this so something to know

Property is deteriorating and would not recommend staying. The pictures pictured on your website do not match the room on the listing. Water does not get hot, room amenities that are to be in the room per the listing description do not exist either. The place seems to be a long term rental for other tenants that were there.
