Relaxing Beach Getaway

Our family had a great stay. The condo was clean and all of the resort amenities were great! It was so nice to be able to go down the elevator and be a few steps from the beach or the pool. It was also nice to have a full kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out every day. The view from the balcony was amazing. You can see the beach and the inter-coastal.My only critique is that I wish the pillows were firmer.

Scuba diving weekend

Condo was super clean. Staff was friendly. Beach access was super easy. We had a great time scuba diving. Just be aware that every time you want your car , you need cash to tip. Parking is valet only.

If you have stayed at this property through Marriott before, you will find this option to be significantly cheaper. You will also notice the declining value of the Marriott brand with each consecutive visit. This has nothing to do with this particular unit or host, but Marriott caring less and less about their loyalty customers and the upkeep of their properties in general. The best thing about this property is the ability for adults to enjoy themselves in a safe environment for children. There are multiple pools and the ocean and tons of restaurants and activities in driving/UBER distance. On Holiday weekends this property will be completely full. VRBO customers need to be aware that beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas and kids toys) will cost an additional 35-40/day depending on how you plan to use it. May 2026 the property appears to be short staffed. Particularly in the housekeeping and bell service areas. This VRBO unit is in need of restocking. We had no dish soap, laundry soap, or no spoons. I don't think this is an owner issue. I believe the spoons and soaps are not being replenished by the cleaning staff. We were able to get them from the front desk, but the master shower has pink mold everywhere and they are also not making the bed properly. There is no sheet between your body and the comforter that everyone uses. We kept putting one on and they kept removing it. Only 1 hairdryer - 2 bed/ba, so we shared. Several broken coffee makers - so no in room coffee
