"Very nice property, everything was clean and well kept, rooms are suites and are beautiful with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room area, separate bedroom, beautiful bathroom, walk in closet and terrace. 2 pools but lots of little kiddies jumping and splashing around. Staff was courteous at all times and no one comes around to bother you, you are free to do what you like. Security is well kept also, there are no visitors that are not staying in the hotel, the property is exclusively for guests of the hotel. There is not much to do at night, there is only one restaurant in the hotel but a short Uber ride to Palm beach will bring you to some wonderful restaurants. If you enjoy upscale dining, go to Elizabetta’s, it is a beautiful Italian restaurant with great food and amazing ambiance, and the Meat Market was great as well, this is a steakhouse and is a little pricey but worth it. All in all, it is a relaxing stay and I would definitely recommend. "

"The resort was amazing. A few things need to be changed. Registration staff was incredibly nice but took a long time. Valet was asked to charge the car and he said he would but it was not. Hot water in shower lasted very little time. "

"All of the staff at the Ritz Residence were super nice and friendly to us - top notch. I was disappointed that the unit was only on the 4th floor, as I read reviews on here that it was on the 21st floor. The listing doesn't specifically indicate which floor, so that would have been helpful to know ahead of time. But, we still enjoyed the view from the 4th floor and the balcony was shaded which was super nice to be able to sit out and enjoy the fresh air without being in the full, hot sun. The unit was quite lovely and enjoyable for us, 2 couples. We brought our snorkel gear and to our pleasant surprise there were numerous rock formations directly off the beach with plenty of fish to see. The private beach with staff to accommodate your needs (chairs, umbrella) was great! We also enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the beach. We will come back. They do not provide kleenex tissues, so I had to buy that. We brought our own coffee. There is a Publix grocery store across the bridge, short drive."

"From the moment we walked into the door of the property we knew we were in for a treat. The owner was very responsive and kind enough to allow us a bit of an earlier check in since we were arriving earlier than anticipated. After a swift check in process at the front desk we were off to our 2 bedroom villa that was beautiful! The unit was clean & spacious with a large wrap around balcony overlooking the pool area. Each bedroom had a very comfortable King size bed & their own full baths. We opted to pay the resort fee ($35/day) to have chairs on the beach, but the unit had its own set of chairs you can use if you didnt want to bother with the added fee, which i thought was great. The resort itself is perfection for families. They have 2 pools, a family pool & adult pool, which is steps from gorgeous riviera beach. We had an exceptional expierience staying here. We were so comfortable & we felt right at home. We would highly recommend this rental and look forward to our next stay!"

"My husband and I feel incredibly lucky to have come across the listing for Fernando Flats in a prime location on Singer Island. The property was purchased less than a year ago and has been tastefully renovated (inside and out) by Marie who was exceptionally accommodating and went out of her way to provide a best-in-class experience. The rooms are pristinely clean and resemble mini-apartments with a full working kitchen. The fantastic AC in combination with the dehumidifier makes all the difference when inside. Outside and on the grounds, there are so many conveniences that made our stay easy, cost-effective, and delightful including free bikes (which we used multiple times a day), beach gear from chairs to umbrellas (and sunscreen if you're running low), grill by the heated pool (we used both), free parking/room, and more. Thoughtful details can make a trip that much more special, and Fernando Flats raised the bar. Highest of recommendations - we will be back. Thank you again, Marie, for the fabulous stay!"
