"From the moment we walked into the door of the property we knew we were in for a treat. The owner was very responsive and kind enough to allow us a bit of an earlier check in since we were arriving earlier than anticipated. After a swift check in process at the front desk we were off to our 2 bedroom villa that was beautiful! The unit was clean & spacious with a large wrap around balcony overlooking the pool area. Each bedroom had a very comfortable King size bed & their own full baths. We opted to pay the resort fee ($35/day) to have chairs on the beach, but the unit had its own set of chairs you can use if you didnt want to bother with the added fee, which i thought was great. The resort itself is perfection for families. They have 2 pools, a family pool & adult pool, which is steps from gorgeous riviera beach. We had an exceptional expierience staying here. We were so comfortable & we felt right at home. We would highly recommend this rental and look forward to our next stay!"

"The property was nice and clean. The pool area is beautiful. The issue is what kind of other tenants are staying. The tenants above us must’ve been up 24 hours a day wearing concrete shoes constantly stomping. When they were not stomping they consumed herbs ..like a lot. Day, night, by the pool. Constantly . I could’ve called the cops but I assumed they wouldn’t do anything because anywhere I went in riviera beach ppl consumed this herb like cigarettes. Seas the day is nice. The ppl around? Meh. Review is worded weird cuz they made me edit "

"My husband and I feel incredibly lucky to have come across the listing for Fernando Flats in a prime location on Singer Island. The property was purchased less than a year ago and has been tastefully renovated (inside and out) by Marie who was exceptionally accommodating and went out of her way to provide a best-in-class experience. The rooms are pristinely clean and resemble mini-apartments with a full working kitchen. The fantastic AC in combination with the dehumidifier makes all the difference when inside. Outside and on the grounds, there are so many conveniences that made our stay easy, cost-effective, and delightful including free bikes (which we used multiple times a day), beach gear from chairs to umbrellas (and sunscreen if you're running low), grill by the heated pool (we used both), free parking/room, and more. Thoughtful details can make a trip that much more special, and Fernando Flats raised the bar. Highest of recommendations - we will be back. Thank you again, Marie, for the fabulous stay!"
