"On arrival we could not check in as we assumed overbooked. They said water issues but other people were in hotel. They offered us a different hotel for the night down the street.We checked in again the next afternoon.The hotel is in good location to be able to walk to different sites around Instanbul."

"The staff at the hotel were lovely, very helpful with kids and the cleaning staff do an amazing job. The beds were very comfy and the breakfast selection was good (yummy cakes) and it was also a lovely touch that they would top up your fridge with complimentary water bottles. The location is amazing, 4 mins walk from Medusa with Hagia Sofia and Sultanahmet right there. The location was great for us as a big family."

Staff are excellent and lean over backwards to help.
Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though it’s a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from.
Location is fantastic for all the big tourist sites, no more than 15 minutes even for pier for Bosporus cruises or the Topkapi palace.
Would be my first choice when I return to Istanbul."

"Our stay at Seven Hills Hotel was exceptional. We were offered a room upgrade to their largest room w/ view of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque from our windows! Both were in easy walking distance. We could not have had a better location in Old Town. Guest services were above and beyond. Our Concierge Ozzy helped us set up a private tour guide and Kadir, our bellman made us Taxi reservations at a good price. We loved staying here with the 2 person jacuzzi bathtub and the rooftop bar with fantastic views!
