"Nice comfortable stay. Air conditioning, hot water, comfortable room. Not too noisy. In a good location about eight minutes from the main Skandwnberg Square and about six minutes walking to a lot of good eating spots. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Very beautiful hotel. Clean in all areas.
The hotel is just behind the Albanian Stadium in Tirana, which is a wow factor.
Hotel is 5 minutes walk to the Pyramid, 10 minutes walk to the city .
Buses from the hotel to the city centre is just 4 minutes away
We went to Albania to celebrate my hubby's birthday.
I ordered for a cake with the intention to pay for it, and we got a cake to feed 6-8 people for free.😃.
The cake was delicious.
Lawrence thanks, for helping to order the cake
Lola thanks for baking my husband the lovely cake.
Breakfast is a wow factor, great selection to choose from. Thanks to the cooks and waiters.
Lawrence and Belsie the receptionists were very helpful during check in.
There is a marvellous park with a massive lake behind the hotel.
To conclude, Mak hotel is the perfect place to stay if you visit Tirana.
My husband and myself loved our 5 days stay and will visit again.
My only concern is staffs at the entrance not welcoming, you have to greet them, they never say hello when you leave or enter the hotel.
I travel a lot, at least 5 times a year and go to different countries and staffs at the other hotels I have visited have been friendly and make you feel welcome.

"We didn’t use the bar. The staff were very friendly polite & helpful especially the reception staff Alex, Hegi& Sidorela.
The house keeping was not to our standards as there were No shower caps until the last night of our stay, No bath robes.
We were not happy about the smoking in the hotel as we could smell the smoke in the
hallway & in our room which was coming from the restaurant/breakfast room.
We were also not happy with the Tea & Coffee kettles has one morning I got scolded with the hot water & there was no Anti Septic cream within the hotel.
We feel that the hotel should rethink about maybe putting in a Tea/Coffee machine also the food was running out by 09:30 like no fresh croissants.
But overall my sister & I had a great trip as where the hotel is situated was great as we walked very where.

"Clean room, amazing hotel, favorite bit was the view from the infinity pool, overlooking Tirana and the mountains! Breakfast was tasty too. Staff was very helpful and nice, especially Arta!"
"The property was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Located right on the beach, it offered easy access to nearby restaurants and local supermarkets. Breakfast was enjoyable, though I personally found the selection repetitive after a couple of days.
Parking was available, and while the local bus service wasn’t very frequent, it was accessible. The booking was reasonably priced and budget-friendly. The shower had excellent water pressure and stayed hot—perfect for long, relaxing showers.
Overall, I had a great experience. I’d definitely consider staying again, although I also enjoy exploring other options."
