Modern and very spacious, Villa Bahamas is a fantastic 6-bedroom property located in Armação de Pêra, just 600 meters from the stunning golden sand beaches of the Algarve.



The large living room offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for relaxing with family. On the lower floor, there is also a comfortable lounge area with sofas and a TV, perfect for leisure and social moments.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest bathroom.



On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower, a double en-suite bedroom with a shower, another double bedroom, and one more bedroom with two single beds. This floor also includes an additional bathroom with a shower.



On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, offering extra comfort and privacy for guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, providing all the practicality needed to prepare meals during your stay.



For entertainment, the villa features a games room on the lower floor with a pool table, table tennis, and table football, creating the perfect space for group fun.



Outside, the spacious private heatable pool (additional cost) invites you to relax, while the jacuzzi (additional cost) offers the ideal setting to unwind at the end of the day. The BBQ area and the terrace with an outdoor dining space create the perfect atmosphere for memorable al fresco meals.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests

From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
