The suite was large, quiet and had everything we needed for a ski hop. I imagine in summer it may be a bit louder as it is on a main street. Loved the hot pools for relaxing after a hard day on the mountain!

Rustic vibe in a cool town. Stayed in Anvil room. Lots of space. Clean. Friendly owner with good communication. Visited mid September so had no trouble with temperature. Kept a window cracked in the evening. Might be warmer during other summer months. Really loved the apartment, though. One of my favorite stays in Colorado.

This was such a gem as they have 3 mineral soaking pools below the suites. Owner was so friendly and it was such a personal stay. The suites are old but it is clean. We loved the old charm feel of it and staying in an old mining town. It was perfect for us!

Perfect place for our Silverton getaway!!! Paul is amazing and does an incredible job running all his businesses!! Location is perfect and the soaking pools were nice for our sore hiking muscles!!!

Our family truly enjoyed our overnight stay. Very comfortable and quaint. More like a home than hotel. We arrived very late but Paul accommodated with no problem. Check out was quick and easy. We got so much bang for our buck. We all agreed this will be our place when we return.

We enjoyed our stay. Right in the heart of town. We didn’t have the opportunity to experience the mineral tubs due to our tight schedule but it is a nice perk if you have time.

We really liked that the suite was right downtown in Silverton near restaurants and shops. The sleeping arrangement suited what we needed perfectly, there's handy kitchen and seating area available, and our host was wonderful about communication. If we find our way back to Silverton, I would stay there again!

A great find…a very large yet somewhat dated suite which is reasonably priced when comparing alternatives…right in the center of town. Would stay there again.

Manager was awesome. Anything you need. Dips in his amazing mineral spa are included with stay. Place is dated and not cleaned well. Bed old and loud. But for an off roading haven, it was roomy and nice place to unwind.

It had lots of room. Little pricey. Should let us know that we check in, in the ice cream shop and that you cant check in early. Nice to have appliances but could be updated. The place was nice and moderen other wise. We couldnt get windows to close but it didnt get cold in there.

Amazing place to stay!
Amazing place to stay right on the main drag in Silverton. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Just walk downstairs for some awesome coffee, ice cream, an a soak in the hot soaking pools at the Shangri-La! Definitely visit again!

We loved our stay! Room was cute vintage! Stairs to it aren’t for sissies! A little steep. The soaking pools were amazing! Location was great! Definitely would stay again!

This property is a 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor of a business property. There were two other apartments on the floor. Our apartment was roomy and comfortable, and was a great immersion to the local atmosphere. There is a great coffee shop right across the street which was nice.

Embrace the uniqueness of Smedleys, its like an old timey room above a western saloon type feel, but obviously with modern amenities. If you cant climb stairs to bad, only way up. Proprietor was very friendly , called to make sure when we arrived, put extra towels on our beds and since we arrived later made easy arrangments to get in. At night it is VERY dark in the room so you may want to bring a small night light

Great accommodation for trips to Silverton mountain. Short ride to the hill, easily sleeps 5-6 and the kitchen is great to have. The Shangri-la soaking tubs are a cool amenity that was included.
