Was not the best stay considering the price you pay. Staff do not communicate well with each other, several key things were overlooked/delayed during our stay. Additionally, the road to get to the hotel is horrendous due to the incomplete road construction. Appreciative that the manager was able to look after us after we expressed our feedback, however we would not be recommending this hotel or will be staying again considering the number of alternatives in Banff at much better prices.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel is beautiful, rooms were clean, robes and slippers were provided, parking was free, and they offered turn down service (which we declined but still nice to be asked). Everyone who worked here was friendly. The restaurant in the hotel had good food and our server was so friendly. The hotel is across from the Policeman's Creek and there's a trail/boardwalk which we walked after dinner one night. It's in a good location, down the street from their downtown area. I would absolutely stay here again and plan to the next time I'm in Canmore.

The reception staff was friendly, competent and helpful.
The room was spacious enough and well-equipped.
However, the room was horribly overheated, impossible to sleep in and no thermostat to regulate the temperature.
The TV did not work properly got stuck halfway through a hockey game😱
A railway track runs by the hotel and kept us up all night, no way to sleep.
From 5 am on the hotel became very loud and noisy, the room above us ran a marathon in the room, others come in and out of their respective rooms, a truck idled in front of our window for 40 min and it all sounded as if it happened right in our room. Then again...what can you expect for $$$$$ a night...Will never return to that property !!!!
