Very old property, when you walking in floor, it’s screaming. Very poor cleanness. Pool water needs to be cleaned.

Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa
Was over charged for an upgrade was told $150 and was charged $289. They also did not send me the receipt as promised. Very upset!!

The Fox Hotel and Suites
The room was ok, it smelled musty a the floor was damp under the carpet in some spots. It rained the whole time we were there and the window was leaking and soaked the area rug upstairs. The best part of staying at the Fox is the hot pool
