This was a nice condo to stay in while we hit several ski resorts. Clean, and cozy.

Nice mountain stay!
Beautiful condo with pretty views from the balcony, close to Silverthorne, Dillon Lake, Frisco, and Breckinridge! We enjoyed our stay there! We enjoyed the nearby hike to Lily Pad Lake! And we enjoyed the shopping as well, thanks!

Beautiful Fall in the Rockies
The location was perfect in that you could get into the heart of Silverthrone, Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge ina matter of a few minutes while also having the opportunity to experience the quiet and solitude of the mountains.
This is a comfortable home in a great location with great views of the mountains around. The house was lacking some basic supplies we would expect in a rental like this. For example, no dish towels or enough potholders in the kitchen, no placemats or coasters to protect furniture, no broom for sweeping the snow off the outdoor steps that we had to climb to get in and out of the unit. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which is very nice. Last time we stayed in this unit there was a grill on the balcony and it was not there this time. The gas fireplace worked well and was very nice on chilly evenings and the day when it snowed.
As some previous reviewers have mentioned, there was a slight smell of dog urine upon entering the living room area. My dog was with us and highly curious what the smell was, but thankfully he is well trained (and older) and did not mark over it. The smell eventually went away by the next day, perhaps because my nose became accustomed to it, not sure.
Aside from that, we did enjoy our stay. I could tell that the cleaners did a wonderful job everywhere else, and I really enjoyed how responsive and polite Vacasa is with all of my questions. The pictures don’t quite do the size of the condo justice, but the 2 bedrooms and 2 bath were perfect for us. I could see 2 couples staying comfortably here, too. Fixtures and furnitures are outdated but I was fine with that given the price. I would definitely consider staying again, assuming the smell situation gets taken care of.

UPDATES NEEDED/CLEANLINESS VERY POOR
GOOD LOCATION. COMFORTABLE FURNISHINGS IN LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM. PLENTY OF CLEAN SHEETS AND BLANKETS FOR COLD WEATHER. BUT NEEDS SOME UPDATES AND MAJOR CLEANING. CARPET WAS STICKY CRUNCHY AND HAD DRIED DOG PEE SPOTS THROUGHOUT WITH A SMELL OF URINE IN THE MASTER BEDROOM. BATHROOM WALLS FILTHY, BASEBOARDS OLD PEELING DETACHING FROM WALL. WINDOWS HAD BLACK MOLD IN THE TRACKS. Mold in bathrooms with cracking seals around tub and shower. Rusting in both sinks. Appliances clean. Dishwasher is very old. Towels, wash clothes, and travel size toiletries provided were a feel of staying in a hotel. Two parking spots one covered but does not accommodate for any trailers for toy hauling or boats which forced us to store our boat at the Marina in Dillon limiting us to where we were able to go with our boat "conveniently"
The property was in a nice area. It's a nice place. But the carpets are old and stained and need to be changed. The place also needs a coat of fresh paint.
No surprises. Great central location relative to Keystone, Breckenridge, Beaver Creek and Vail. Could use a little more seating around the fireplace/tv area so everyone can relax together after a long day skiing, but this was clearly evident beforehand. Overall, the rental is a nice value during peak season.

wonderful stay in Silverthorne
We had a wonderful experience on this property. Nice spacious layout, great views from the balcony, clean and tidy, very comfortable place to spend some time. My only complaint was the lack of AC on the property. We had a few warm nights during our stay, and the AC would have made it more enjoyable. Im sure that most of the year it is not needed, so I wont critique it too harshly. Other than that, I would highly recommend to all my friends and would most definitely stay again
Absolutely loved the views, setting and location. There is a fabulous hiking trail walking distance from the property. I live in CO so I can honestly say the trail is among the best. The property, while ideally located, lacked a working garbage disposal, comfortable beds, or new appliances. The cleanliness was a bit below par with dusty side tables and unswept kitchen. I would recommend, but would also advise the owners to make some upgrades.

NO HOT WATER
There was no hot water available at the property for our entire stay. Vacasa customers service was polite but unhelpful. The local property manager was also polite but unhelpful. They were in contact with the HOA of the property so they knew there was no hot water and they still rented to us. It was a miserable stay with my entire family heating pots of water and taking sponge baths while at a family wedding.
This condo smelled like dog pee right when we arrived and I had a dog that immediately started to sniff every corner so I removed him from the unit! I phoned Vacasa as soon as we arrived, 3.49 pm on Thursday 9/14, the gentleman in the other line said someone would be calling me back! I heard nothing, if it wasn’t for me calling them and texting them they would have never called me back I believe! We ended up staying in a hotel with my dog who is minpin/chihuahua and not nice so that was extremely stressful for him and my husband and I. I was a palled, at the customer service and will never stay at a Vacasa rental again!

Needs better care
The house smelt like dog pee when we arrived, the blinds to the front were broken, there were dents in the wall, the shower head was broken, and the dishes were dirty. The only positives were the beds were comfortable, it’s close to the mountains, and it’s price versus other places were cheap.

Amazing views, great price.
The layout and the views were amazing. The fact that they allow pets is even better, but the place is a bit worn and the beds need replacement.
This was a nice property to stay in for a family of 4. Anymore and it could be a little snug. It was a great view of the mountains, the neighbors were friendly, and the place was very clean. I’d stay here again.

All the amenities you need with beautiful views and close proximity to Dillon, Keystone and Breckenridge. The pictures show tube TVS but they were actually flat screens - nice surprise!
