"Location was very convenient, with access to the trolley and highways. The room was clean, bed and pillows very comfy! WiFi was glitchy at times, didn't always have service. Entrance gate at rear closes fairly early, just an inconvenience having to turn around in the casino. Our only major complaint was the grab and go breakfast. We were there 5 mornings, and never once was everything stocked. Most times the few items available were gone to where you had a choice of white bread and a banana. Coffee was iffy, most days it was empty. Almost felt like they wanted you to purchase from the coffee shop so they kept the free items to a minimum. "

"Room had a Pungent smell to it. There was the sound of a motor pump turning on every 5 minutes. Area is sketchy "

"This was one of the most dirtiest hotels ive ever stayed at. The bathroom was disgusting, urine stains on toilet, floor was dirty, stains on sheets and pillows. If i could give it a negative start I would. Not to mention the sketch people outside looking like they are selling drugs and hookers. Loud people late at night and you could hear everything through the walls. Horrible."

"I wasn’t told that you had to request housekeeping by 11am that morning. You couldn’t turn on the TV with the remote, you had to manually do it plus TV is very small. "

"This is a great hotel! I especially like the quality of the food, the wide corridors, the solid doors, plentiful towels, clean sheets and trash removal every day. The view from my room was amazing! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and polite, and the amenities were great. But it did seem like they were understaffed. Also outsourcing the parking and WiFi connectivity to third parties is not optimal for the customer. The parking costs and requirements are ridiculous and the internet connectivity needs more senior techs and a much quicker response time. But I had a great time. Thank you."
