This is a modern, brand-new, one-bedroom basement apartment with a separate entrance, and a large dining and living area. It has comfortable queen bed, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and all you need kitchenette. Please note this is residential area and we leavehere, so we ask guests to respect us and neighbors. This is place for only those who are listed in booking, no events or gathering or night movements are allowed in order not to disturb neighbors. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants within a 4-5 minute walk. Less than 2 miles to downtown Silver Spring. Easy access to the red line and buses for getting to DC. 15-minute drive to NIH, UMD, Bethesda, and downtown DC.

Nice place, very clean

It was a nice little place in a good neighborhood, the sushi restaurant, bakery, and pub in walking distance were all great. The host left some snacks and coffee for us which was very nice.

The apartment has plenty of living space. It's a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and EV charging (levels 2 and 3), yet the neighborhood is pretty and quiet.

Cozy Studio

We had an amazing and comfortable stay. It was a nice surprise to walk-in to warm studio with snacks after being outside in 19 degree weather. The studio is perfectly located around lots of restaurants and amenities. I would definitely stay here again! Also thank you for allowing us a late check out.

Spotlessly clean place. Apt. Is fully equipped as described with more. Comfortable bed, nice shower, great kitchen and plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again. One small drawback is some noise from upstairs.

Extended Stay in Silver Spring MD

The apartment is as pictured and described. The apartment is a converted basement - it is well lit, clean, and met all of my needs during my extended stay. It is in a convenient location, close to major highways and stores. The host (Khatuna) was very accommodating and responsive. The on-street parking was convenient.

Great little basement apartment! Close to everything we needed to get to (Washington DC & University of Maryland) Very, very clean! Within walking distance to restaurants. Left complimentary water bottles and snacks. Due to it being a basement apartment, you could hear people on the first floor, but that is to be expected and wouldn't deter us from staying there again! Highly recommend!
