"This house is a great size but it is very hard to get to. Way back in the woods-would recommend a 4-wheel drive! House was large and had ample space but needed a good cleaning. Exterior is overgrown and weeds and trash scattered in the yard. There is a fire pit, but is weedy with no wood and no place to sit. Would not recommend for a family but might work for a group not concerned about cleanliness and safety."
