"Great experience whenever I come back to Miami I’m definitely booking again!"

"Bag check and use of pool and outdoor cafe was a huge plus while waiting for our room. I understand the hotel is going through a renovation, which it needs. The main lobby area is nice, comfortable and clean. The pool was spacious and refreshing. But as soon as you step in the elevators, you can feel the age of the building. Our room had a great view, but the bathroom was eekkk. There was mildew/mold in areas, the door was swollen from water leaking out of the shower and the glass on the door is transparent! Weird! The pillows were pretty awful too, and tiny. But the room was cool and quiet. A big reason we picked this hotel was the free airport shuttle- but we didn't know that doesn't start until 5 am and we needed to leave at 4:30 am. So just a heads up for travellers! I don't know if I would stay here again until the rooms are all refreshed. Pool food was pretty good."

"I asked about a hot tub and pool and they said they didnt have one. Even though the pictures show one. That was disappointing. Everything else was good. Would definitely stay here again. "

"While the breakfast food choices were fine, it’s unfortunate that you could not get in before 7 AM. Very difficult to open and close and unlock the door, and almost no water pressure in the shower."
