"Did not stay there. I received no entry instructions on the day of arrival. They did not answer my messages. I called multiple times; no answer and voicemail was full so I couldn’t leave a message. VRBO tried to call, no answer. I tried for 2 hours after check in time. No responses. Found out later in the evening that they expected me to just show up at the house and they were waiting! I’ve never experienced a check in process like that. Would have been fine if they had just communicated this...

"The property owners on watch, when we were coming and going. NO privacy. Main house 75ft from Airbnb/ 3 car garage. LOUD Rooster, 5 ft from our window. waking us up every morning at 7:00 a.m.. while on vacation. 1 mirror throughout the whole house. The bed is literally HARD as a rock.. makes extreme noise when moving around. Hardly slept and then add the rooster. There were six coffee creamers for two adults for 2 days. No shampoo supplies etc. The bath towel drawer fell out due to it...

Best Western Aladdin Inn

10/10 Excellent

"Great breakfast - hot options including scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. Nice juice options, muffins, and fresh yogurt with various toppings. Very tasty and satisfying."

Cabins on the Toutle River , 646 South Toutle Rd.

10/10 Excellent

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unique destination and will definitely be back! The primary cabin is a true labor of love—Mark has done an awesome, inspired build using locally sourced materials, including beautiful live-edge siding. It’s quiet, rustic, and peaceful. The off-grid power system is easy to engage, though it requires a bit of awareness. Mark does a great job helping you understand the idiosyncrasies of the cabin: running the generator for about an hour charges the battery to 100%, which then gives you up to 8 hours of power. If you aren't comfortable rationing your power consumption, this might not be the place for you, but we absolutely loved the experience! The sleeping setup includes a loft bed accessed by a small stairwell. As a 5'10" 50-year-old woman, I had no problem getting in and out of the loft comfortably.Very pet friendly.Outside, we enjoyed easy access to the river, and the charcoal grill was simple to light and keep going for dinner. While it feels blissfully remote, a great local grocery store and gas station are right nearby, plus there are plenty of local activities to check out.Thank you, Mark, for sharing this special place with us!"

Town House Motel Inc

8/10 Good

"Overall motel surprised us. Above our expectations. Room was large enough for an extra chair, desk with chair and table with two chairs along with frig and microwave. Heat worked well. Only down side...no coffee avail and the actual bathroom was very small...hard to turn around in it but it still was ok for an overnight traveler. Restaurants just down the street with many choices. Ckin and out very easy."

Lakefront Retreat. Saltwater Hot tube, dock, kayaks and fish gear included!

10/10 Excellent

"This house was absolutely great! There were plenty of activities to do within the 2 days we were there. We used the Kayaks, the Paddle boat, the fishing poles and the Grill. The home was very well cleaned and stocked with any supplies (towels, Kitchen utensils for cleaning/cooking etc). The one experience pet owners should know is that booking through VRBO, it does not allow you to specify how many pets you are bringing. The host does mention in the description the cost per dog, so be prepared to get a message and an additional request for payment if you arrive with more than 1 dog just as we did, I got the message minute's after arriving. Overall, we and our dogs enjoyed the property, we do plan on renting the house again in the future."
