Hidden Glade Retreat - a peaceful getaway in a private wooded glen

Nestled in a shaded forest glade, the Hidden Glade home is a peaceful getaway from the busy city. Relax as you listen to birds sing and gaze at the trees on your own private, secluded property. It's 4 miles from Mayfield Lake. Some of the attractions nearby are Mt Rainier and Mt St Helens, hiking, boating, kayaking, fishing, small town festivals throughout the summer and skiing at White Pass in the winter.

The Hidden Glade sleeps 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Both bedrooms have queen beds, with the primary bedroom featuring a full private bathroom. Bright open-concept design connecting the kitchen, dining room and living room. Includes a sleeper sofa that folds out into a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a Keurig, kettle, toaster, blender and hand mixer. There is also a washer/dryer combo available for use in the home.

Outdoors amenities include a large deck with seating, a fire pit to gather around and wooded trails through the 3 acres the Hidden Glade sits on.

The home is tucked just far enough off the road that you feel like you're in your own private forest with views of mountains and trees. The large porch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunrise. The firepit is perfect for evening marshmallow roasting. The circular driveway around the house allows for easy access.

Digital detox. This property has limited Wi-Fi. Cell service at the house is excellent, so you can stay connected or use your hotspot if needed.
In- House Entertainment. There are 3 Roku TV's - one in both bedrooms and in the living room. The living room is equipped with a Blu-ray DVD player and a curated selection of DVD's for a cozy night in.

Located in a beautiful, natural wooded area you may spot local wildlife during your stay- from deer, elk and tiny forest critters to occasionally bear and cougar. Please enjoy viewing them from a safe distance and keep outdoor food secure.
