"As far as basic hotels go, this place is a 9 or a 10. I like to stay in basic hotels when I'm primarily looking for a convenient place with good bed. The room was large, well-maintained with a nice bathroom and two sinks outside the bathroom. A/C and heating were good. You can open the windows if you want fresh air. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. Unlike 90% of the motels and hotels (including expensive ones) I stay in, my room had plenty of light from four table lamps each with two 100-watt equivalent bulbs that can be turned on one or two at a time! Two outlets at each table lamp meant lots of convenient outlets. Breakfast was okay - nothing special."

"DISGUSTING. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Garbage and filth all over the hallway (used bandaid, food debris, and fake fingernail) and room, stains on carpet and walls, there were red stains that looked like blood near the bed. NASTY. "

"We were very happy with our stay. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, and the breakfast was tasty. Eggs were what you’d expect. Meh. But sausage and waffles were great…and the coffee was great too. We would stay here again."

"First off - staff was amazing. Friendly, accommodating, informative. No shade on any of the staff. But this place is trash. The raw finishes on the wood collect so much dust, I couldn't breathe. Concrete was dusty. The raw particle board was dusty. Dust is just everywhere, choking me. The place kept advertising how inclusive it was, yet the disabled are not included, as there are pointless stairs EVERYWHERE. I am not disabled, but I was always having to wrestle with my rolling carry-on, and I weep for someone with disabilities to try and navigate the space. Pointless tight turns. Pointless sunken areas. Pointless landings to nowhere. It grates on the psyche... The room had an exposed sloped ceiling that I guarantee I was not the first or last to bash their head on, and I am pretty sure the raw cement wall had blood stains from the ceilings last victim. It was ugly. It was dysfunctional. It was trendy. (Ugh - it had one of those terrible open concept showers where you get a very drafty backside). I get they were trying to establish a raw, urban vibe - to make you feel like you had just run away to join a clandestine ninja gang known only as "The Foot", but it really just made me nervous about tetanus...and have to blow my nose a lot. My 22 year old daughter was even more uncomfortable. Either lean fully into the motif and offer sewer apartments with wax ninja turtles, or stop trying so hard to be edgy. It was the opposite of Cowabunga..."

"Our family of 5 had an amazing time and plan to return to the property again. I do wish they would have told us about the construction going on and maybe didn’t have it start so early while folks are staying there. Drilling started at 7:00 am Saturday morning which woke us all up. Besides that the property was great and in a great location for shopping and dinner."
