Sillyon Ruins Tours and Activities

The resort was very nice, with a beautiful environment. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had a great time as a family. The one issue that really bothered us was the mattresses in our room. Both the double bed and the single bed were extremely uncomfortable and appeared to be in very poor condition. My wife and I developed severe back pain during our stay and were only able to sleep for about 2–3 hours each night because of the mattresses. I would recommend that the hotel management or housekeeping regularly inspect the mattresses and beds to ensure they are in good condition for future guests. Replacing worn-out mattresses would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Every things was great with kind staffs and workers

Hotel staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and cleaned well each day, my only negative for the room is that there are no usb ports, and plug sockets are limited, only one side of bed had one which was annoying when wanting to charge 2 phones at same time. Outside area is beautiful, never used the main pool but the whirl pool area and relax pool was amazing, would be better if all of this was used as an adults only rather than just the relax pool. The gardens are stunning and well cared for. We enjoyed our stay but would not return to this hotel the only reason for this was the amount of children, mostly toddlers, I don’t mind kids on holiday at all, but the buffet and pool area was always a huge festival of screaming crying kids, dining was very off putting due to this.
